Crush cookies into crumbs, mix with cocoa, add melted butter and knead.

Tamp the base into a mold and bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

Whisk pumpkin puree with brown and vanilla sugar, and add spices to taste. Add the zest there as well.

Once again whisk everything with cream cheese, and then add sour cream with starch, and mix again.

Put the mass on the base, wrap the bottom of the mold with foil and put it in a container with water.

Bake the cheesecake in the oven for about 70 minutes at 160 degrees.

Let it cool in the oven turned off and slightly open.
