Red Velvet Bento cake is an incredible burst of flavors, a combination of creamy cheese filling with berry jam made of cherries, raspberries, strawberries or other berries. I'm sharing a recipe with you so that you can make this dessert at home!

Let's make a biscuit first. To do this, take kefir at room temperature, pour it into a bowl and mix with soda, let it stand for 5 minutes.

While kefir is standing, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder for dough, salt and cocoa.

Add a little beaten eggs and vegetable oil to the kefir. Mix thoroughly and pour in the dye so that the cakes get the bright red color we need.

Mix the liquid mass with the dry ingredients, you can beat the mute with a whisk so that everything is well mixed.

Divide the dough into two parts. Use the forming rings for baking. Pour half of the dough into each ring and send it to the preheated oven to 170 ° C for 30-35 minutes.

While the dough is baking, prepare a confiture of berries and cream. For the jam, mix the berries and sugar in a saucepan. Cook the syrup for a few minutes, and when it boils, add corn starch pre-diluted with 2 tablespoons of water. Mix thoroughly, boil for 2 minutes and set aside to cool.

For the cream, whisk cream, powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.

As soon as the biscuit has cooled, remove it from the mold, cut each in half and assemble the cake. Put the curd cream on the biscuit side, pour the berry jam in the middle, put the second part of the biscuit on top and repeat everything again.

Apply a thin layer of cream on top, sprinkle with red crumbs and decorate the top with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
