Such jelly is interesting first of all by its original presentation. For it, you will need half a watermelon, from which you need to carefully extract the pulp. When you cut the finished dessert, heat the knife slightly in hot water.

Remove the pulp from the watermelon so that the walls are even.

Peel and randomly slice all fruits and berries, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Boil a little 600 ml of water with honey and put all the fruits in the syrup in portions for 2 minutes.

Soak the gelatin in 0.5 cups of water.

Squeeze the watermelon pulp and add to the syrup. If needed by quantity, add more water or juice.

Boil the syrup and slowly inject the gelatin. Stir until dissolved.

Boil a pan of plain water and hold half a watermelon slice over steam for 5 minutes.

Put some of the fruit, pour in some of the syrup and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Repeat until the fruit runs out. Cover the watermelon with a film and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
