- Chanterelles - 500 g

- Butter - 40 g

- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.

- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chanterelles thoroughly clean, sort and rinse under running water.
Chop the mushrooms and peeled onion.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent.
Add chanterelles and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the cream, sprinkle with spices, salt and simmer all together for 5 minutes.
Put the fried mushrooms in the bowl of a blender and chop well.
