Fill the asparagus with clean cold water in advance and leave it under the press for 8-12 hours.

Change the water periodically. Asparagus should become elastic and soft.

Cut it into 5 cm pieces. Mix with salt and vinegar essence, and leave for 15 minutes. Drain the liquid.

Chop the onion and fry in oil until golden. Add to the asparagus.

Add the remaining ingredients, mix the snack and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
