By their very elegant appearance, caviar sandwiches immediately evoke thoughts about the holiday. That's why I almost always cook them for the festive table. Over the years, different recipes and combinations have been tried, but this option is one of my favorites.
Ingredients
- Baguette - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
- Cream cheese - 120 g
- Fish caviar - 1 bank
- Parsley - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the baguette and brush with cream cheese.
Lay out the cucumber slices and caviar on top.
Decorate the sandwiches with parsley leaves.
