Vinegar cannot be called a useful additive, so I try to use it a little in cooking. Many dishes only benefit from this, even carrots in Korean turn out to be tastier. In addition, the snack has a light citrus aroma.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 500 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and grate Korean carrots on a special grater.
Add salt, sugar, ground red pepper and mix well.
Pour in lemon juice and hot oil.
Squeeze garlic through a press, mix and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
