  • Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Milk - 2 glasses
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 pinch
  • Cheese - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fry the flour in butter until golden.

Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly.

Boil the sauce for 5-7 minutes.

Add spices and grated cheese. Boil until it melts.

Add the remaining ingredients and cook the sauce for another 2-3 minutes.
