These products are in every home. Cook them, slice them as you like, and the delicious salad is ready. Lemon juice can be replaced with lime juice, wine or apple cider vinegar. Light sourness will shade the taste and make the dish more interesting.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot (boiled) – 250 g
  • Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
  • Bow purple - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Greenery - a couple of twigs
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and slice the beets, potatoes, and onions.

Mix everything, add chopped herbs, salt and ground pepper.

Separately mix the oil, lemon juice and garlic passed through the press.

Pour the prepared dressing into the salad and mix.
