It is impossible to imagine Mexican cuisine without avocado and mango. European chefs have long appreciated this wonderful combination and also use it in salads, snacks and sauces. One of these salads I just suggest cooking – this time with chicken.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil or bake the chicken in your favorite spices and cut into medium cubes.

Cut the peeled avocado, mango and cucumber into pieces of the same size.

Cut the cherry into halves, finely chop the herbs, garlic and chili pepper.

Mix olive oil, lime juice, Dijon mustard and hot pepper. Stir the salad and pour over the dressing.
