Ingredients
- Pineapple - 250 g
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Apples (medium) – 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs (hard boiled) – 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the canned pineapple into small pieces.
Peel the eggs from the shell and cut into quarters lengthwise.
Mix carrots, pineapple and apples.
Add salt, olive oil and mix.
