- Shrimp - 200 g
- Mussels - 200 g
- Octopus - 200 g
- String beans - 200 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Sesame oil - 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry all seafood for about 5 minutes on high heat. You can take the pickled ones, they are already ready.
Boil the string beans for 3 minutes in boiling water.
Thinly slice the pepper, add the Korean carrots and chop the garlic, chili and parsley.
Season the salad with sesame oil, soy sauce or other dressing to taste.
