I love salads with prunes! They always turn out delicious. The main thing is not to add too much fragrant dried fruit, otherwise bitterness will appear. Usually, no more than 50-70 grams are required for standard 4 servings. I share my favorite recipe.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 250 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Champignons (fried) – 100 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 150 g
- Cucumbers (average) – 1 piece
- Prunes (without a bone) – 50 g
- Cheese - 60 g
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, cucumbers, peeled eggs and potatoes.
Wash the prunes with boiling water and dry them with a paper towel.
Cut the prunes into small pieces.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Lay out a layer of potatoes, season with salt and pepper and add a little mayonnaise.
Next layers are fried mushrooms, eggs and chicken fillet. Again pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out layers of cucumbers, prunes and cheese. If desired, you can add a little more mayonnaise.
Before serving, the salad should stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
