Salad with ham and string beans turns out to be very satisfying – there is both protein and carbohydrates. And yet, for all its simplicity, it is a very beautiful and bright dish that will come in handy even on a festive table when you don't want to spend hours cooking.
Ingredients
- Ham - 200 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- String beans - 120 g
- Spinach - 100 g
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Corn - 100 g
- Garnet (grains) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the string beans for just a couple of minutes until soft.
Thinly slice the ham and parmesan.
Mix all the greens, add beans, corn and pomegranate seeds.
Put the ham slices and cheese on top. Season to taste.
