Do you think salads with chicken are boring and banal? Then such a recipe with oranges, pomegranate, nuts and honey dressing will definitely surprise you! The taste of this dish is difficult to convey in words: there is sweetness, and sharpness, and sourness, and piquancy. At the same time, the salad is quite simple to prepare, and it can be safely given even to children.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
- Orange - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 160 g
- Garnet - 0,5 pieces
- Walnuts - 60 g
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1,5 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken fillet with chicken spices and bake it in the oven in foil for about 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
Cut the chicken into large pieces, peel the pomegranate seeds, randomly chop the nuts and rinse the salad leaves.
Peel an orange and squeeze the juice out of a third. Separate the remaining slices from the films and cut.
Mix orange juice with butter, honey, mustard and pepper.
Gently mix the salad ingredients and pour over the dressing.
