Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them with a paper towel, then tear them into small pieces and put them on a dish.

Cut onion into half rings, cherry tomatoes into slices. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and peel, cut into slices.

Boil quail eggs (5 minutes after boiling), cool, peel from the shell, cut into halves.

Put all the prepared ingredients on a dish with lettuce leaves.

Prepare the dressing: mix mustard, olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well, pour the dressing into the dish.
