Greek salad without exaggeration can be called one of the most popular. Everything is so simple that even an inexperienced cook can cook it. I'm telling you an interesting recipe with purple onions, capers and feta.
Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Capers - 1 tsp.
- Olives (without a bone) – handful
- Feta - 150 g
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and peeled onion.
Mix olive oil with lemon juice and oregano.
In a wide bowl, mix tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, onions, olives and capers.
Add salt, ground pepper, pour over the dressing and gently mix with salad tongs.
