This recipe will surprise even those who have tried many different chops. Thanks to sour cream, which is added to the batter, they turn out incredibly soft and airy. In general, the recipe is quite simple and absolutely everyone will cope with it.

Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.

Wrap each piece in a bag or plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.

Put the chops on a plate, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper.

Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.

Add salt, ground pepper, sour cream and whisk lightly with a fork.

Pour the breadcrumbs on a wide plate.

Dip the chops in the batter and roll in breadcrumbs.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chops for 2 minutes on each side.

Place the chops on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees.

Serve with boiled potatoes, fresh vegetables and herbs.
