Cut the ribs into pieces, cut the onion into rings and chop all the greens.

Mix it with spices and soy sauce.

Leave to marinate for 1-1.5 hours.

Fry the ribs with onions in a frying pan in portions in one row for 15-20 minutes, turning over. Put the portions aside.

At the end, put all the ribs in a frying pan and press them a little under the lid on low heat until the desired softness of the meat.
