You will need a high quality chili sauce for this dish. The cost of it will be justified by an amazing result. I like to mix sauce with ketchup and starch. So it turns out the right consistency and moderately piquant taste of the wings.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Chili sauce - 4 art.l.
- Ketchup - 4 tbsp.l .
- Corn starch - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and cut them into joints.
In a separate container, mix ketchup, chili sauce and starch.
Mix the wings with salt, spices and prepared marinade. Cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for 1.5-2 hours.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the wings and bake for 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Periodically, the wings can be turned over.
