Have you decided to cook potatoes in a rustic way today? Use this recipe! It's simple and fast. A large frying pan with a thick bottom will help to achieve the perfect result. It will provide uniform heating and good roasting.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 800 g
  • Cumin - 0,5 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 100 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them into small slices.

Add salt, cumin, ground pepper and 1 tbsp oil. Stir and set aside for 5 minutes.

Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, put the potatoes and fry for 20 minutes. It is recommended to stir every 3-5 minutes.
