- Beef - 400 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in a cellophane bag and beat it well with a hammer.
Put the chops on a board, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and smear with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle cheese thickly on top and cover with a double layer of foil.
Bake for 25 minutes in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
