Ingredients

Pork ribs - 1 kg
Soy sauce - 100 ml
Mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
Honey - 2 art.l.
Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Ginger (grated) – 1 tsp.
Garlic - 4 cloves

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the crushed garlic and ginger with all the other ingredients except the ribs.

Marinate the ribs in this sauce for at least an hour.

Put them in a mold and bake for another hour in the oven at 190 degrees.

In the process, turn the ribs over several times and brush with the remnants of the marinade.
