It is impossible to imagine Russian or Ukrainian cuisine without wheat porridge. Each hostess has her own secrets and tricks of cooking. And today I will share with you my favorite recipe for porridge with milk in a slow cooker! Delicious and simple!

Ingredients

  • Wheat groats - 1 glass
  • Milk - 2 glasses
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Butter - 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Thoroughly rinse the wheat groats and put them in the bowl of the slow cooker.

Add all the other ingredients.

Cook in the "Porridge" or "Milk porridge" mode for about 35 minutes.

Add butter at the end.
