Somehow, in the process of culinary searches, I tried to cook draniki with dill and celery. It turned out delicious, unusual and very useful. You can serve them not only with sour cream, but also with various sauces, adjika or ketchup.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Lightly squeeze the mass with your hands to remove excess moisture.

Finely chop fresh dill and celery stalks.

In a deep bowl, mix potatoes, celery and dill. Leave a little dill to serve with sour cream.

Add lightly beaten egg, flour, salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything well.

Preheat a frying pan with oil, spoon out small islands of potato mass and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Serve chilled sour cream mixed with dill to ready-made pancakes.
