In the cold season, I want spicy and warming food more and more. Just for such a case, a soup with garlic dumplings is well suited. An appetizing dish is prepared very quickly, perfectly satisfies hunger and invigorates. I share with you this simple recipe!

Ingredients

For soup:
For dumplings:
  • Chicken eggs - 1 piece
  • Flour - 5 art.l.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 150 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the potatoes and garlic. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds.

Chop potatoes, bell peppers, carrots and garlic.

Melt butter in a frying pan and fry carrots with bell pepper for 4-5 minutes.

Boil the broth, add potatoes, black pepper, roast and cook for 5 minutes.

Mix flour, egg, salt, garlic and ground black pepper.

Pour in warm water and mix the mixture well until smooth.

Fill the dough with a dessert spoon and lower it into a saucepan with boiling soup. Cook everything together for 7 minutes.

Add salt, turn off and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
