Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Cilantro - 5 twigs
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the herbs and garlic, send them to the minced meat and mix.
Add the egg, spices and flour, beat off the minced meat and make small cutlets.
Fry them until browned in a frying pan on both sides.
