Omelette is a French dish. We will support the sophistication of the noble cuisine and cook it with asparagus. Pre-boil the young shoots in salted water and fry with garlic until tender. Get a nutritious and delicious breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
  • Milk - 4 art.l.
  • Asparagus - 8 pieces
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1 l
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Butter - 20 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the asparagus, cut off the tips and put it in a suitable saucepan.

Pour boiling water, add salt and cook for 5 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, put the asparagus, add the garlic passed through the press, sprinkle with lemon juice. Fry for 3-4 minutes, shaking the pan periodically.

Mix eggs, salt, ground pepper and milk.

Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it well.

Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.

Turn down the heat, cover with a lid and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.

Put the asparagus on the finished omelet and fold in half.
