- Asparagus - 8 pieces
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 l
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the asparagus, cut off the tips and put it in a suitable saucepan.
Pour boiling water, add salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, put the asparagus, add the garlic passed through the press, sprinkle with lemon juice. Fry for 3-4 minutes, shaking the pan periodically.
Mix eggs, salt, ground pepper and milk.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it well.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
Turn down the heat, cover with a lid and continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
Put the asparagus on the finished omelet and fold in half.
