Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice the zucchini and oranges, and put them in jars.
Pour boiling water, cover and leave for half an hour.
Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil it again.
Boil the syrup for 4 minutes, pour the compote and roll up the jars.
