Ingredients

  • Dogwood - 500 g
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 200 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the dogwood with water, bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes.

Rub the berry through a sieve, bring to a boil again and boil for another 10 minutes.

Add sugar, cook the jam for another 15 minutes, stirring, and roll it into sterile jars.
