Grapes make an excellent compote, and besides it – a wonderful pickled snack. It adequately diversifies the assortment of the usual cucumbers and tomatoes. I advise you to marinate it with mustard for piquancy, and then I'll tell you exactly how.
Ingredients
- Grapes - 600 g
- Water - 1 l
- Salt - 30 g
- Sugar - 40 g
- Vinegar - 20 ml
- Mustard powder - 1 tsp.
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 2 bud
- Star anise - 1 asterisk
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the grapes in sterile jars, pour boiling water and drain after 15 minutes.
Boil a liter of clean water with all the remaining ingredients and pour over the grapes.
Roll up the billet for the winter.
