Ingredients
- Water - 2.5 l
- Strawberries - 500 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Mint - 5 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the washed strawberries, sliced lemon and mint sprigs into the jar.
Boil water with sugar, pour compote, cover and leave for half an hour.
Drain the syrup and boil it again.
Pour the compote again and roll it up for the winter.
