Of course, mushrooms can always be dried or frozen. But no less delicious option is to marinate them in jars with vinegar. Just before winter, the blueberries will have time to brew and completely soak. And a wonderful snack for all occasions is ready!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms (podberezoviki) – 1 kg
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Bay leaf - 1 piece
  • Allspice - 4 peas
  • Vinegar - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Salt - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the mushrooms and boil them for 15 minutes in boiling water.

Rinse and drain in a colander.

Boil a liter of water separately. Add the rest of the spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar and boil again.

Put the mushrooms in the same place and boil for another 15 minutes. Add the minced garlic.

Roll up the podberezoviki in sterile jars.
