Wash the blackberries, pour boiling water and leave to warm up for 2-3 minutes. Then discard the berries in a colander.

Put the blackberries in a saucepan and, gradually adding sugar, whisk with a blender for 5 minutes. The sugar should completely dissolve.

Rub the berry jelly through a sieve to get rid of the pits.

Pour the blackberry jelly into pre-sterilized jars and seal tightly. Keep the treat in the refrigerator.
