Do you like classic Nezhinsky salad? It can often be found in stores, but finding a really delicious one is not an easy task. That is why I prefer to cook it myself and independently control the amount of spices, additives and all processes.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the cucumbers and cut into rings.
Cut the onion into feathers and chop the dill.
Mix all the ingredients and leave the salad for 2 hours.
Place it tightly in sterilized jars and sterilize them for another 15 minutes.
Roll up the salad for the winter.
