How nice it is to open a jar of fragrant pickled tomatoes in winter! I suggest marinating tomatoes according to the classic recipe. From spices we take bay leaf, allspice and cloves, from greens - dill and parsley. It will turn out very tasty and fragrant!

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash tomatoes and greens, dry them slightly.

Place half of the specified amount of parsley, dill and sliced garlic on the bottom of a pre-sterilized jar. Add bay leaf, allspice and cloves.

Tamping tightly, fill the jar with tomatoes to the top. Put the remaining herbs and garlic on top.

Boil water and pour boiling water over tomatoes in a jar. Cover the jar with a sterile lid and leave for 15 minutes.

Drain the water from the jar into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and vinegar. Bring the marinade to a boil and boil for another 1 minute.

Pour boiling marinade over tomatoes, roll up the jar, turn upside down, wrap it up and leave it to cool completely. Store the pickled tomatoes in a cool, dark place.
