Not a single Bulgarian pepper… Today we will prepare a spicy pickled chili pepper for the winter. For lovers of sharp blanks - better (and sharper!) it doesn't happen. It's easier to cook such a pepper, and the result will definitely please you!

Ingredients

  • Chili pepper - 100 g
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Water - 1 l
  • Vinegar (9%) – 1,5 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 1 art.l.
  • Salt - 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse the chili pepper, peel the garlic.

Prepare a marinade from water, salt, sugar and vinegar.

Place the pepper pods and garlic cloves in the boiling marinade. Gently mix and boil the workpiece over low heat for 7-10 minutes.

Fill pre-sterilized jars with pepper and garlic, pour boiling marinade to the top of the jars. Roll up the jars, turn them upside down, wrap them up and leave them to cool completely. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool, dark place.
