Spicy adjika of zucchini with tomato paste

The winter diet will never be boring if you have a couple of jars of spicy adjika. An incredibly versatile snack that is used instead of sauce, goes into other dishes and is good even just with bread. I share an excellent recipe of zucchini with tomato paste.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2.5 kg
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Tomato paste - 250 g
- Garlic - 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the peeled zucchini and pepper through a meat grinder.
Add all ingredients except garlic and vinegar.
Bring the adjika to a boil and boil for about an hour on low heat.
10 minutes before the end, add vinegar and garlic.
Roll the adjika into sterilized jars.
