Chop cucumbers, peeled onions and bell peppers.

Cut the hot pepper in half lengthwise and peel off the seeds.

Mince hot peppers, tomatoes and garlic.

Mix the spicy mass with butter, sugar, salt and boil for 15 minutes.

Add cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, spices and cook for another 30 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, stir and immediately remove from the heat.

Fill the sterilized jars, roll them up, turn them upside down and wrap them with a warm towel.
