Ingredients

  • Pear - 400 g
  • Plums - 300 g
  • Sugar - 250 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the pears into slices.

Put the pears and plums in a clean, dry jar.

Pour boiling water and leave for 15-20 minutes under the lid.

Drain this water, add sugar and citric acid, and boil again.

Pour in the fruit and roll up the compote for the winter.
