Honey mushrooms are common mushrooms that are famous for their bright aroma and delicate garlic-onion taste. They are often dried and frozen. I prefer to cook fried honey mushrooms for the winter. The details of this simple method are further in the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Honeydew - 2 kg
  • Black Pepper - 6 peas
  • Allspice - 3 peas
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 120 ml
  • Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Water - 5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse the honeydew thoroughly and place it in a saucepan with cold water.

Add spices, salt and boil for 30 minutes.

Put the mushrooms in a colander, rinse under running water and leave to drain for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the mushrooms and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently.

Place the fried honey mushrooms tightly in the prepared jars, roll up and turn upside down.
