Ingredients
- Black Radish - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Water - 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the black radish, peel and grate.
Put the radish in a colander and rinse under running water, squeeze slightly.
Scald the lemon with boiling water, cut in half and squeeze out the juice.
Mix the radish with lemon juice, sugar, salt and ground ginger.
Pour in water and boil for 7-10 minutes.
Spread out in clean, dry jars, cover with lids and wrap up for a day with a warm towel.
