Add sugar, water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with corn oil.
Lay out the fruit puree with a layer of 5-8 mm and dry for 8 hours in the oven at a temperature of 65 degrees.
Carefully separate the finished pastille from the paper, cut and roll.
