Cheesecakes in a frying pan – it's simple and fast, but still sometimes a little greasy. If you want to make them even more useful and low-calorie, catch an excellent alternative. Cheese cakes from cottage cheese according to this recipe are baked in the oven – and no butter.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar (or substitute) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - 2 pinches
- Flour (whole grain) – 40 g
- Baking powder dough - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk egg, cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla in a blender.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder, and mix.
Shape the cheesecakes with your hands or put the dough into molds.
Bake them in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
If baking on parchment, flip the cheesecakes in the middle of the process.
