- Coffee (espresso) – 200 ml
- Cognac - 1 tbsp.l .
- Mascarpone - 100 g
- Cream - 150 g
- Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix mascarpone, chilled cream, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Beat the cream with a mixer at high speed.
In a wide bowl, mix coffee and cognac.
Dip the cookies in the fragrant cognac and put them in the prepared glasses. You can break cookies by adjusting them to the size of the dishes used.
Add the cream and put a layer of cookies soaked in coffee again. Continue the procedure until the glasses are filled.
