If you act strictly according to the recipe, follow all the recommendations and proportions, you will be able to cook cranberry marshmallows. The airy dessert will not be inferior to analogues from the store, and in terms of quality characteristics it will even exceed them.
Ingredients
- Applesauce - 150 g
- Cranberries - 150 g
- Egg whites - 1 piece
- Sugar - 600 g
- Agar-agar - 8 g
- Water - 180 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cranberries in a blender and rub through a sieve.
Add applesauce, cooled protein and beat with a mixer until fluffy.
Mix hot water, agar-agar and sugar. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Cool the hot syrup slightly and pour a thin stream into the workpiece with proteins. Beat everything well again.
Put the resulting mass in a pastry bag, put on a suitable nozzle and put cranberry marshmallows on a silicone mat. Dry for 1 day at room temperature.
Carefully separate the finished marshmallows from the silicone mat and connect them in pairs.
