Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Sugar substitute - 1-2 tsp. to taste
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Applesauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Yogurt - 35 ml
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the squash, grate and squeeze the juice.
Whisk egg, applesauce, yogurt and lemon juice.
Add the sifted dry ingredients.
Add zucchini and chopped nuts.
Put the dough in a mold and bake for 60 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
