Citrus ice cream is a very interesting and unusual find. And even more so when it comes to tangerines, and not about lemons or oranges more common in cooking. My family's favorite winter treat!
Ingredients
- Tangerines - 500 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Pectin - 5 g
- Honey - 20 g
- Water - 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Squeeze the juice out of the tangerines.
Mix the pectin and sugar, add warm water with honey, and bring everything to a boil, stirring.
Beat this mass with tangerine juice until smooth with a blender or mixer and send it to the freezer.
After half an hour, whisk the mixture, repeat again, and then spread the tangerine ice cream into molds and freeze completely.
