An original snack for a festive table. Lavash roll with red caviar is easy to prepare, it turns out beautiful and delicious. To prevent the portion pieces from falling apart, pierce them with a long skewer. Before that, you can put an olive or a piece of lemon on it.
Ingredients
- Red Caviar - 100 g
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Green onion - a couple of stems
- Lavash - 1 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop cucumbers and green onions.
Spread the pita bread on the table, brush with cream cheese and sprinkle with green onions.
Evenly distribute the cucumbers and red caviar.
Roll up a tight roll, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the roll into portions, pierce each with a skewer.
