There are different ways to fry eggplants, but you probably haven't tried this one yet. The secret is in oat flakes, in which you need to roll the bars. The main thing is not to spare the oil, and so that the snack is not too greasy – then put it on paper towels.
Ingredients
- Eggplant - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Oat flakes - 4-5 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplant into cubes and marinate in spices, oil and soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Roll the cubes in flour, egg and crushed oat flakes.
Deep fry them until evenly golden brown.
